I love your blog — beautiful photography and deliciously easy recipes! For those of us less culinarily gifted, could you do a post on how you poach an egg so beautifully? Mine never come out looking like yours.
Alexa – that is a great idea and you know what? It has taken me soooo long to perfect the poached egg so I definitely have some good tips but yes, it is still super difficult. I have had a post written up in draft form for a long time, just haven’t put in the last bit of work to make it come to life. I’ll finish it up this weekend for sure!!!! THANK YOU for the suggestion! I love it!!
